Bowflex is great, but it is super expensive and takes up a lot of space. Bodylastics on the other hand is the exact opposite and you can still get the exact same workout. The only real complaint we've recieved is from some of the big time fitness guys who, love the system but need more than 127lbs per side to get a good workout, it is for this reason that we give the bodylastics home gym a 4 star rating instead of 5.
